Privacy policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
fidget.live (“we”) runs free browser games. This policy explains what we collect when you play and why. We keep it short because we collect very little. This page is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
What we collect
- Guest session: a random identifier and session token stored in your browser so you can reconnect to a game and keep your nickname. We store a hash of the token, never the token itself.
- Nickname and avatar you choose, and game results (scores, which words were guessed) for leaderboards.
- Chat and drawings are relayed live to other players and are not stored permanently. Drawings are kept temporarily (up to an hour) so players who reconnect can see the current canvas.
- Security data: a salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- Reports you submit about other players, reviewed by moderators.
Analytics and advertising
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which games people enjoy. Advertising is currently disabled. If we enable Google AdSense in the future, ads will only load after your consent and never inside an active drawing round.
Your choices
- You can play without accepting analytics cookies.
- Clearing your browser storage removes your guest session from this device.
- To request deletion of game data associated with your guest session, email privacy@fidget.live.
Children
fidget.live is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. Chat is filtered for profanity, and players can mute and report others.
Service providers
We host on Vercel and Google Cloud, store data with Supabase (PostgreSQL) and a managed Redis provider, and use Sentry for error monitoring. These providers process data on our behalf.
