Terms of service

By playing on fidget.live you agree to these terms. They are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

Play nice

• No hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive drawings, nicknames or messages.
• No cheating — don't write the word on the canvas or share answers outside the game.
• No spamming, harassment, impersonation or attempts to disrupt the service.

Hosts can remove players from private rooms. We may remove content, mute, or block players or sessions that break these rules.

Your content

You keep any rights to drawings you create. By drawing in a game you let other players in that room see them and let us process them to run the game.

The service

fidget.live is provided “as is” and may change, pause or end at any time. Scores and leaderboards may be reset. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
